POLICY

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us 48 hours before the event.  If paid in full a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund. If down payment is paid you will forfeit down payment

Down Payment

A 25% down payment is required 2 weeks before scheduled event

Payment

All rentals must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled event or the delivery will be canceled 

Refunds

All refunds are subject to a 25% deduction
